There’s a lot to say about Trace Cohen so ill try and keep it brief and concise…
Trace comes from a loving family of five. His background is a little bit different from others as his parents are entrepreneurs and raised him as such. To begin with, his name is very unique and not many people know where his name “Trace” came from. His parents started a high tech PR agency and worked to introduce all the new and cool gadgets that came out, one in particular was the Trace Supercomputer. So there you have it, the mystery is solved and we can move on!
He has an older sister Nicole who just got her masters in Art Business Administration at NYU Stern and is currently working at an art gallery in NYC. She is generally credited to being the book smart and anylitical sibling. Trace’s younger brother Max finally graduated high school and is headed off to University of Arizona; never thought he would make it…woot! Max is the self-proclaimed rebel of the family and is always looking for ways to get into trouble; nothing serious of course.
Trace Cohen is a rising senior at Syracuse University and bleeds orange! He is double-majoring in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Trace’s first internship experience after his senior year in high school at Angelsoft gave him the unique opportunity to interface directly with its President, David Rose (also the President of the New York Angels). His work their with Mr. Rose gave him unique insight into the needs of startups as well as effective marketing tools for growing small businesses. Having come from an entrepreneurial family, working for start-ups and studying the art behind entrepreneurialism, I think it is pretty easy to say why he started his own company, Brand-Yourself.com.
Trace has always been fascinated with technology and how stuff works. Once he gets his hands on a new gadget, rest assured it will be taken apart and put back together in a matter of minutes. Trace is a hands-on kind of guy whose first love was video games, which he loves to this day.
Along with this and his various summer internships he has gained the knowledge and leadership skills it takes to succeed. Entrepreneurship is a foundation for anything that you do in life. It is the quintessential essence of business that drives you to success and beyond.
